Yay! This place is fun! It's brand new and ready for your sandwich/juice/goodtimes-loving business. So come on down!
The owners of a music school upstairs (singing, guitar etc lessons available), Rony has transformed the downstairs space to be part bar, part cafe, part store.. that also hosts regular musical jam sessions. I'll say it again, yay!
The kitchen is the domain of Chef Tamaika, and man! Doesn't she work wonders from her tiny space?! She bakes her own artisan bread with herbs from the courtyard garden, then uses this bread to make really, really good sandwiches like marinated pork, ceviche or roast vegetables (from 8,000 pesos). She'll also serve the bread with assorted home-made dips like olive tapenade and hummus. Fresh juices (try pineapple with mint and ginger) are made to order. And there's always something tasty on the counter to serve as dessert (coconut pie, banana bread, cupcakes etc).
At the entrance, fashions and accessories from local designers are on display and on-sale, together with musical instruments procured through Rony's Music School.
It all adds up to great tasting, great energied fun. Yay! Yay! Yay!
