ISLAND HOPPING TOUR
Now, there are various options to join together and enjoy the "private boat experience" but in a more economic way.. and probably make some new friends in the process.
When deciding which is the best option for you.. consider if you are most interested in partying and meeting fun people, if you want to see as many places as possible, if you want to chill and not move around so much, if the priority is going to the most beautiful places, if you want to be active and include snorkeling.
If you want to maximize your time in one location, and/or if you want an option with less people about.. probably it is best to opt for a day pass to one location only.
OPTION 1: ISLAND HOPPING DAY WITH SNORKEL
320,000 pesos pp
Departure point: Gate 1 Muelle de la Bodeguita
This Snorkel and Island Hopping day is for those who want to see and experience as much as possible; 5 islands + Snorkel
The tour follows the following route:
Transport in speedboat with music and cooler (free shots from departure to arriving at Rosario Islands, you can also BYO drinks to drink on the boat)
View fortresses of Tierra Bomba (panoramic tour from the boat)
Visit Tierra Bomba Island - Marine Beach
Tour through Rosario Islands
Snorkel stop in coral reef of Rosario Islands
Disembark on private island (Encantada Beach) in Rosario Islands
Receive bottle of water per person
Visit Party Island Cholon (google for an idea of what this entails!)
Lunch in Baru Island at Mambo Beach Club (you will receive a credit of 30,000 pesos pp which can pay for the meal options chicken, fish or vegetarian, or you can choose more expensive menu items and the 30,000 pesos will be deducted from the total)
Return to Cartagena approximately 4.30pm
Does not include port taxes and insurance or extra food and drink you may want to purchase

Arrive to Gate 1 Muelle de Bodeguita between 7.30am-7.45am
Bring the marine tax in cash
Check in with "Backpackers Cartagena host"
Boats depart 8am-8.15am (may be later depending upon arrival times and DIMAR scheduling)
If you are late and miss the boat it counts as a no-show and will mean a forfeit of your payment.

Not recommended for people who are pregnant, with spinal problems, or with reduced mobility
OPTION 2: ISLAND HOPPING + OCEANARIO
Price: 280,000 pesos pp
Departure point: Muelle de la Bodeguita, Gate 1
If you want your day to include a visit to the Oceanarium (and potentially swim with the dolphins!) this is a great option.
This tour follows the following route:
Transport in speedboat from main dock Bodeguita
View fortresses of Tierra Bomba (from the boat)
Visit Oceanario (includes entry price) can also snorkel here
Tour through Rosario Islands
Lunch on private island (Encantada Beach) in Rosario Islands - choose between fried fish, grilled chicken or vegetarian (or upgrade to other menu items like lobster)
Receive bottle of water per person
Stop in Baru Island at Mambo Beach Club
Return to Cartagena approximately 4.30pm

Departure point: Muelle de las Bodeguitas, Gate 3
Visit the 3 most popular islands in the Rosario Islands; Bora Bora, Pao Pao and Islabela. This is the best option for those who like pretty places where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail and beautiful transparent water. Each of the islands you will visit will have their own vibe. If you want more party - choose a weekend day, otherwise weekdays for more chill.

Panoramic tour in the Rosario Islands
1 welcome cocktail in each island (Bora Bora, Pao Pao and Islabela)
