Send an email with your enquiry (critiques, favourite recipe etc) and try to include as much info as possible including:

  • Your travel dates
  • How many people you're travelling with
  • Your interests and specific tours or activities you'd like to book
  • If you've booked accommodation, where you'll be staying and in whose name the reservation is made
  • How you discovered Cartagena Connections
  • A contact number while you're in town (whatsapp mobile, hotel, local friend etc)
And anything else you think will help us be able to recommend the best options for you.

Email is definitely our preferred method of communication.. however if you need a quick, last minute booking or question, send a whatsapp message to the number to the left.

We answer emails during business hours. For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, again, please use whatsapp and we will do our best to help you out.. but please understand we are a small team of just 3 people and we like to have days off occasionally too!
